If you want to make an appointment with social work or social guidance, you must be a resident in the service area of the Kalasatama Health and Well-being centre. By appointment, you can visit the social work and social guidance services on weekdays from 8:00 to 16:00, also after 16:00, if necessary.

Please note that your social worker or social care worker may be able to help you with your problem.
If the situation requires, you can make an appointment with the Kalasatama housing consultation service, which is open on weekdays from 8:00 to 16:00 and also after 16:00, if necessary. You must be a resident in the service area of the Kalasatama Health and Well-being centre.

Before applying for supplementary and preventative social assistance, you will need to have a positive or negative decision on basic social assistance from Kela. When Kela has made the decision, you can apply for supplementary and preventative social assistance in a manner of your choosing:
