Physiotherapy and occupational therapy services
Physiotherapy – individual and group therapy for maintaining physical ability to function as well as counselling and guidance to support self-care
Have you noticed problems with performing your everyday tasks? Do you find it difficult to cope with day-to-day life, for example due to your age, pain, a severe injury or after returning home after being hospitalised?
Physiotherapy provides you with support and guidance with challenges relating to physical functional abilities. Based on an individual evaluation, we will help you understand the reasons behind your issues and will guide you with the self-care exercises that best suit your situation. If necessary, we will provide you with individual or group physiotherapy services.
