Puistola Comprehensive School is a uniform comprehensive school that contains both the lower and upper levels of comprehensive school. It offers basic education for grades 1-9. In addition to general education, the school has four special education groups. There are approximately 700 pupils in Puistola Comprehensive School.
Apart from the school’s own sixth grade pupils, the school takes in pupils from Puistolanraitti Primary School to the upper level grades. Puistola sports hall and sports park are available for the school.
The focus of the school’s curriculum is on giving general education. After the pupils have reached basic skills they have an opportunity to choose some optional subjects from the school’s diverse subject selection.
The objective of Puistola Comprehensive School is to be a safe local school for all the children from grade 1 to 9.
