Experts in fire safety

The on-duty fire inspector (tel. +358 (0)9 310 31203) is available to answer the fire-safety related questions of Helsinki residents on weekdays between 8.30am and 11.30am, and between 12 noon and 3.30pm.

The planner guidance group provides advice on new construction and renovation matters pertaining to fire and rescue safety and the construction of civil defence shelters. Contact information for the planner guidance group (pdf).
