Our work is supported by the ‘Vastuullinen ateria’ (‘Responsible meal’) programme of our catering services, the food culture strategy of the City of Helsinki and our global responsibility strategy.

The Responsible meal programme means that
• we mainly use Finnish ingredients
• we serve local food and seasonal food
• we take part in the ‘Portaat luomuun’ (‘Steps to organic’) programme
• we follow the recommendations of WWF’s Sustainable seafood guides
• we maintain a small carbon footprint
• we sort and reduce our waste.
