Sports products can be paid for with cash, debit cards, Nets credit cards, SporttiPassi cards from ePassi Payments Oy, Ticket Mind & Body cards from Edenred Finland Oy, Ticket Duo cards, Virike vouchers, Sports and culture vouchers from Smartum Oy, Saldo cards or RJ-Kuntoseteli Oy’s Tyky-Kuntoseteli vouchers, by SmartumPay, MyEdenred and Eazybreak. SporttiPassi and other sports and culture vouchers or cards cannot be used to purchase products from the Others category or pay for entrance or cards on behalf of another person.
The new point of sale for special swimming cards is located in Yrjönkatu swimming hall. You can also purchase special swimming cards in the Töölö Sports Hall office. In addition to this, the previous points of sale in Itäkeskus, Jakomäki and Pirkkola swimming halls are still in use.

Courses booked via asiointi.hel.fi are paid for when making the booking. Paper invoices are sent by post for bookings made over the telephone.
The purchase of bird hunting licences will be transferred to the Kalanet online service. The service is available at www.kalakortti.com (in Finnish). City fishing licences are already available through the service.
Cash payments will be accepted alongside card payments at sports facilities. Card payments are preferred on islands, but cash payments remain acceptable there as well.
One-time tickets or monthly or seasonal tickets for swimming pools, artificial ice rinks or gyms can be loaded onto the customer card.
Special swimming cards are granted for independent swimming to residents of Helsinki who have a disability or who are suffering from a long-term illness.
