HKL’s lost and found

HKL sends all lost property found in trams, metro trains, stations or Suomenlinna ferries to the lost property service Suomen Löytötavarapalvelu Oy.

The only exception is travel cards, which will be sent to HSL Helsinki Region Transport's service point.

Inquiries about lost property
You can inquire about your lost property by phone after 3:30 pm on the working day after losing it +358 600 41006 (€1.97/min + local network charge). You can also inquire about lost property online at http://www.loytotavara.net/index.php?kieli=3 .
Suomen Löytötavarapalvelu stores lost property for three months.

The service is subject to a charge, which depends on the value of the lost property.
