Support for those arriving to Helsinki from Ukraine

The City of Helsinki is prepared to help people fleeing the war in Ukraine. You can receive support and help from the health and social services in Helsinki, if needed.

Immigration Unit

We offer guidance, advice and various integration services for immigrants and refugees settling in Helsinki. We also organise urgent and necessary social services for undocumented migrants.
