Day activity centres

Day activity centres organise activities and offer peer group support for customers who need assistance in recovery from substance abuse. The activities are open and support customers in their lifestyle change.

Further, day activity centres organise various group meetings, excursions and events. Customers can read the daily paper, have a cup of coffee and use computers at the centres. The staff members support, counsel and guide customers as needed.

You can join day activities by contacting a day activity unit either directly or through your own substance abuse counsellor or other support staff.
