We have a call back service. If we cannot answer a call immediately, the system will save the customer’s number and a nurse will return the call as soon as possible.
If you call us between 9 a.m.–12 p.m., you will hear a recorded messaged asking you what language you would like to use. You can choose Finnish, Swedish or English.
Your call will then be directed to a nurse. If all nurses are busy, the system will save your number and a nurse will return your call as soon as possible. If you leave a different contact number, the nurse will contact you at that number. Listen to the entire recording and wait for the message saying your number has been saved.
Clients with impaired hearing who can not use the call back service can call the telephone exchange (09 310 5015) with help of their interpreter and ask for the Koskela self-treatment distribution point.
