Family counselling

Developmental and family counselling is intended for Helsinki residents 0 - 17 years of age and their families. The developmental and family counselling services assist families with questions related to the development and upbringing of children and young people. Further, the services assist families in challenging family situations and in crises faced by a child or the family.

You can apply for service via the Social guidance for families with children, tel. +358 (0)9 3101 5454 on weekdays 9-12, and the "Need help?" button in the bottom right corner of this page. The Swedish telephone service is on Mondays 9-12. If you are already a client and wish to cancel your appointment, please contact your own contact person.
