Resident parking discount for a parking hall

Some of the parking halls in the inner city grant a parking fee discount for people who are entitled to a resident parking permit.

For €85 a month, users may park their vehicle in the parking halls granting the discount on weekdays between 4pm and 9am and on weekends without a time limit. In addition to this, they can park in the halls on weekdays between 9am and 4pm for the normal hourly charge, with the maximum daily charge being €18.

If you want to receive the discount for parking in a parking hall, please contact the customer service of the Urban Environment Division. The customer service staff will verify that you are entitled to the discount and submit your data to the companies operating the parking halls. After this, you can sign the agreement with one of the companies.

If you do not have the resident parking permit, you will need to visit the customer service and present your driver’s license and the vehicles’ register data or a new car’s purchase agreement. Your address will be verified using the Population Register, so please make sure that the register’s data is up to date if you have recently moved.

The discount agreement can only be granted for one parking hall at a time and for one vehicle. The agreement is valid for at least three months, and its maximum period of validity is one year. Please direct any queries about vehicle size restrictions to the company operating the parking hall.
