Advertisement space on bridges

The City of Helsinki leases out space on bridge railings for banner advertisements. The advertisement can be up to 12 m in length and 80 cm in height, or up to 8 m in length and 80 cm in height along Baana.

How do you apply?

• Fill out an application form (pdf) and submit it by e-mail to ulkoilma@hel.fi.
• Attach a picture or a plan of the banner to the application.

 How much does it cost?

• Commercial banners €750 + VAT/week
• Non-commercial banners €150 + VAT/week. On non-commercial operators’ banners, the logos of sponsors may not take up more than 10% of the area.

Good to know

• Familiarise yourself with the banner instructions (pdf) (in Finnish).
• Bridge advertisement spaces are intended for short-term or temporary information provision. Bridge advertisement spaces are leased one calendar week at a time, starting from Monday. The maximum advertising time is two weeks.
• Any banners attached to property walls always require the property owner’s permission.
