The City of Helsinki annually subsidizes Helsinki civic organizations – associations, societies, citizen groups and other non-profit organizations – with about 60 million euro. Applications for subsidies and all other electronic transactions with the City are focused in the asiointi.hel.fi-e-service.

Notices to the Register of Associations including registration forms, changes to articles of association and termination notices can be submitted online on the pages of the National Board of Patents and Registration of Finland. Use of the service requires registration with the online banking ID and codes.
