Health and well-being guidance at service centres

Service centres provide you with guidance and counselling on how to improve and maintain your health.

You can, for example, book an appointment with a physiotherapist, who will provide you with guidance and counselling on ailments of the musculoskeletal system, managing pain and related home exercises. The physiotherapist can also provide you with advice on sports and exercise as well as medical aids.

Some service centres also provide Helsingin kuuloyhdistys' local hearing aid services and the Finnish Red Cross's measurement and guidance services. You can also meet with a diaconal worker at the centre.

The majority of the services are free of charge.

The service is available at Kamppi, Kinapori, Kontula, Koskela, Kustaankartano, Munkkiniemi, Myllypuro, Riistavuori, Rudolf and Töölö. Further information is available on the service centres' Management and Advice pages.
