The elevator project

The elevator project of the City of Helsinki advises the owners of housing cooperatives, residents, estate managers and the members of the estate board in questions considering the planning and building of elevators.

The City elevator representative has a wide experience of the projects under planning and also those that have been realized in Helsinki. You can invite the elevator representative to look for a place in your housing cooperative either from the staircase or outside the building. He will tell you about the possibility to build an elevator and the different individual solutions. The services of the elevator representative are free of charge.
