Emergency services social work

Emergency services social work carries out a comprehensive social work during the office hours at Haartman and Malmi Emergency Clinics and at emergency and monitoring wards according to the Social Welfare Act.

Our primary task is to assess the need of urgent social welfare and start the needed social services.

We are working closely with the health care staff at HUS and with Senior Info and adult social services.

Prerequisites:

The service is only for citizens of Helsinki.
