Short-term assisted living of the elderly

Short-term care of the elderly is a preventative operation, which maintains and promotes functional abilities in a target-oriented manner. Short-term care supports the well-being and health of senior citizens living at home. In addition, short-term
care also supports the resources of the carer.

The service is available in the versatile service centres, service homes or in purchased service units.


The service is primarily intended for a person over 65 years of age, who requires temporary 24-hour institutional care for the duration of his or her carer's vacation.
