Guidance for families with infants at playgrounds and family houses

Playgrounds and family houses provide guidance for families who have recently had their first baby. Infant family guidance is a follow-up service for the family coaching offered at the maternity and child health clinics (neuvola).

The topics of the guidance sessions are:
- Being together with your child - what is early interaction?
- Coping with everyday routines, how to be a parent.
- The daytime and sleep patterns of an infant.

The activities are free of charge for families.

Prerequisites:

The guidance for families with infants is aimed at for Helsinki-resident families with their first child.
