The rehabilitation homes prepare their residents to cope with the symptoms of their illness, to care for their health, and to cope with everyday life and social interaction. The rehabilitation is based on a treatment and rehabilitation plan compiled in cooperation, as well as the weekly programme and various groups.
Personnel is available on weekdays normally from 8 am till 5 pm. There is also a physician's, social worker's and occupational therapist's services available.
Age: 18 or more
The service is intended for residents of Helsinki.
Customers need a referral for the housing rehabilitation. The personnel will interview the potential residents, and the SAS working group will select the residents. The service is subject to a fee.
The housing rehabilitation is a 24-hour service.
