Education department's customer service

The general education information desk and the customer service of the archives operate at the service point of the City of Helsinki Education Department.

The information desk provides information about schools and vocational institutions in Helsinki and issues related to administrative services.

The duties of the archive include maintaining the Education Department's archive, and providing counselling and guidance on archives management at schools. Pupil cards and copies of report cards from comprehensive school are also stored in the archive.

You can also visit the Education Division offices in the Helsinki district of Vallila at the street address Töysänkatu 2 D in person on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10 am - 3 pm. If you would like to visit the offices for personal advice on another weekday, please call the telephone service and make an appointment.
