How to find services
You can search services by topic, resident group or method of contacting the City on the City Services page.
Services are listed in the alphabetical order at the bottom of the page. After you have chosen the topic, resident group or method of contacting the City, a list of services appears at the bottom of the page. Click a service title to read more about the service.
Using City services
You can contact the City online, by telephone or in person. Find detailed information in the description of each service.
The use of many e-services requires signing on to the service using personal online banking ID and codes, mobile ID and codes or the Katso ID and codes used by organizations.
After registration, e-service customers can obtain a personal e-service folder that saves the customers’ latest e-service transactions and incoming messages.
Read more about how to register as an e-service customer, how to sign on to the service and about the e-service folder on the How to use e-services page.
