Education, compensation for exemptions from payment of afternoon activities application

An application by which organisations may apply for a compensation for exemptions from payment of afternoon activities as specified in the Basic Education Act, for customer payments lost due to payment reliefs.

Process:

Customer payment compensations may be applied for by afternoon activity organisations, parishes, foundations, communities and private service providers, which have been awarded an operating grant from the Education Department for organising afternoon activities as specified in the Basic Education Act.

Requires a recommendation letter from the Education Department concerning customer payment reliefs from afternoon activities.

1. The Education Department processes the application and makes a proposition concerning a compensation for exemptions from payment.
2. The decision is made by the director of Finance Unit.
3. Information about the decision will be sent to the applicant and a compensation for exemptions from payment awarded is paid to the bank account of the applicant foundation.

Processing time:

The customer payment compensations are processed centrally by the Education Department processes, twice during a term.

Expiration date:

Once an application has been sent in, it is valid until the decision has been made.

Process:

When the applicant has filled in a grant application, he or she may save it in a personal e-services folder or send the application to the grant processing system for processing. The processing of the matter may be traced under Development.

The information in the application may be changed as long as the application has the status "Received". When the application has the status "Processed", it can no longer be changed. An updated application replaces an earlier application. Appendices may be sent before the given deadline using the message feature.
