Location
The Art Museum Tennis Palace is located in central Helsinki, next to the Kamppi Centre, less than 1 kilometre from the Central Railway Station.

Parking
The entrance to the Forum parking hall is available on the side of Eteläinen Rautatienkatu.

Disabled access
Accessibility is guaranteed for visitors with disabilities at the Tennis Palace Art Museum. The entrance of the museum is located on the second floor, which can be accessed by lift from the proximity of all the front entrance doors. Exhibition facilities are located on two floors. Lift access to the upper floor can be requested from the exhibition guards. The workshop studio has been designed to accommodate visitors with disabilities.

Toilet facilities for people with disabilities
Toilet facilities are available on the second floor of Tennis Palace, near the museum entrance.

Wheelchairs, prams and baby carriers for loan
Wheelchairs, prams and baby carriers are available for loan to the visitors. The exhibition halls have chairs and seats for resting and folding stools that are easily carried around the gallery.

Induction loop system
You can borrow magnifying glasses and torches from the entrance desk. The entrance desk is equipped with an induction loop system and assistive listening device. It is possible to book sound amplifying radio devices for guided tours. We recommend that you book the devices in advance when booking the tour.

Guide and aid dogs
Guide and aid dogs are welcome at the museum.

Nursing room
The toilet facilities for the disabled, at the end of the museum entrance hall (2nd floor), are equipped with a nappy change area. Prams and baby carriers are available for loan at the museum entrance. Lift access to the upper floor can be requested from the museum guards.

Museum shop
The museum shop is open during the museum’s opening hours. The shop is located inside the museum, with free admission. Additional information: Sari Niiniluoto, enquiries preferably by e-mail (sari.niiniluoto(at)hel.fi).
Coffee shops and restaurants
A coffee shop Stem Coffee (2nd floor) and several restaurants (Pizza Hut, Stadin Kebab, Hesburger) are available at Tennis Palace.

Cloakroom
A free of charge, guarded cloakroom is available for museum visitors on the second floor, opposite the admissions counter. Lockers (operate with a 20 cent deposit) are also available next to the coat racks. The cloakroom and locker facility is closed daily at 7 p.m., and the lockers must be emptied before that time. Large bags, backpacks, cameras, umbrellas and any outerwear should be left for deposit at the cloakroom or lockers.

Photography is prohibited in the exhibition facilities.
