Vaccinations against seasonal influenza are provided at Helsinki health stations and maternity and child health clinics without an appointment according to the following schedule: 19–23 Nov Mon–Fri 9.30–11.30 am and 1.30–3.30 pm 10–14 Dec Mon–Fri 9.30–11.30 am and 1.30–3.30 pm.

Call the (09) 10023 Telephone Health Service every time you need medical advice or information on health care services. (09) 10023 provides answers 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. The telephone service staff consists of experienced nurses and public health nurses, and the service is available also in English.
The numerot.hel.fi site gives the numbers of the telephone exchanges of the City of Helsinki departments, public corporations and main divisions. It also shows the telephone numbers of City employees as prescribed by each department.
