The new system will bring some changes to invoicing and invoice content:
- invoices will have a new layout
- bank account numbers will change
- invoice reference numbering will change
With these changes, the current e-invoice and direct debit agreements will end at the beginning of 2012.
A new e-invoice agreement can be made in your online banking service from January 2012 onwards. The direct debit agreement can be renewed at your own bank after you have received your first invoice.
The e-invoicing addresses of companies will be transferred from our current invoicing system to the new financial management data system.
