Registration is staggered according to subjects and will begin 14th of August and continue as long as there are course places left. The language of teaching is Finnish, if there are no other lauguages mentioned.
You are also welcome to participate in courses not specially designed for immigrants!
Registration for Finnish language courses
When registering for a course we need your personal data: family name, first name, ID number/date of birth, home address and telephone.
Registration by Internet
starts on Mon 19 August at 11 a.m. Ilmonet.fi
When you register by Internet you need your identity number (henkilötunnus).
Face-to-face registration
● Mon 19 August 11 a.m.–4 p.m. in Stoa, Turunlinnantie 1, room ”luentosali” (service in Finnish, English, French, Arabic and Russian)
● If you don’t need study guidance and if you know the course, which you are going to participate, you can register in all the offices of the Adult Education Centre Mon 19 August 11 a.m.–4 p.m.
● Starting with Tue 20 August you may register on courses during office time.
Registration by phone
● If you cope with Finnish and know the course, which you are going to participate (course number), you may register by phone at (09) 310 88610 Mon 19 August 11 a.m.–4 p.m.

The invoice and the course description will be sent by post to your home address. You can pay the course fee in the bank or in the cashier´s office of the city of Helsinki, address Toinen linja 4 A, Kallion virastotalo, rahatoimisto.
Registration is binding
The courses will be filled in registration order. A course will begin, even though a bill may not be sent before the course starts. If you pay the bill no later than due date, you will confirm your course place.
