Registry processes the post addressed to the department. In other words, it maintains the department's record (customer register). If necessary, the registry can determine the persons involved in initiating and preparing a case as well as the information regarding the case's closure. The registry also processes the official post that is sent and received by the Helsinki City Rescue Department and the Rescue Committee.
