Palmia's telephone and wellness services is the company's newest rapidly growing unit, which currently employs over 90 people. The unit's operations are divided into four areas:

Telephone exchange services
We supply the telephone exchange services for the departments and companies of the City of Helsinki and maintain the City's internal and external telephone directories.

Relay centre
We provide the services of the Helsingin Matkapalvelu transportation service for the disabled. In addition, we supply relay services for the departments and companies of the City of Helsinki. Care services
In collaboration with the City of Helsinki Health Centre and Palmia's security services, we organise emergency call services for the Health Centre's home-care patients.

Telephone services
We produce and develop telephone service solutions in collaboration with the Economic and Planning Centre of the City of Helsinki and support the telephone services of the City's departments and companies.

We provide a mobile alarm system for personal safety in co-operation with Palmia's security services.
