The Premises Centre is responsible for the service facilities and premises owned by the City of Helsinki. We ensure that the city can offer its services in functional, cost-effective, healthy and safe premises.

We lease out premises of different sizes for various needs – also to privately owned businesses. We constantly build new premises and repair old ones. Our work helps the city's facilities preserve their value.
