Monitoring and feedback

The condition of streets in Helsinki is monitored by The Public Works Department (together with the police).

The Public Works Department is responsible for street maintenance carried out by the department or by private contractors. Feedback can be left at customer services. The customer service also gives advice on issues related to street maintenance.
