This page provides safety instructions for travelling by tram. Other instructions for travellers are provided on a separate page.
In the event of emergencies there is an emergency stop handle in each tram.
Please tell the driver about any bad behaviour on the tram.
If you have to stand on the tram, please hold on.
Roller skates and skateboards are prohibited on trams and at tram stops.
Smoking is prohibited on board trams. Please avoid smoking in the vicinity of tram stops.
The safe distance from the track is shown by a white line at the edge of the tram stop.
Always use pedestrian crossings when crossing tram lines and when leaving the tram stop.
