Property management is responsible for metro stations, the railway stations at Pohjois-Haaga, Kannelmäki and Malminkartano, the Töölö, Vallila, Koskela and Vartiokylä tram depots and the metro depot.
HKL’s Infra Service’s property management is also responsible for the terminals of the Suomenlinna ferries. Driver and maintenance facilities at bus and tram terminals as well as places where drivers change shifts are also run by property management.
Property management has its own unit for house and real estate management, commissioning construction projects and maintaining public order.
House managers have real estate management tasks carried out by external companies as well as by their own staff. Cleaning of metro stations is the largest task carried out by external contractors.
The control centre directs the work of guards and monitors safety on the metro and in metro stations.
