CITYCooper to be run on Thursday on Railway Square
The traditional 12-minute Cooper’s test run, used to measure the level of physical condition, will be organized at the CITYCooper event on Helsinki’s Railway Square on Thursday, August 26.
The test will be run on a 300-metre-long course on paved streets. The minimum age of the participants is 15 years. Registration can be made online.
There will be ten starts between 6:30 pm and 9:30 pm. The event starts at 6:00 pm. A military band will playing.
The CITYCooper 2010 event is organized by Finland’s largest physical fitness school, the Finnish Defence Forces, the City-lehti newspaper, and the City of Helsinki Sports Department.
