The City of Helsinki offers both online forms and printable forms. Online forms have been gathered under the title "eServices". Online forms are filled electronically and sent over the Internet to the receiving organisation. Printable forms usually come as Word and PDF files, and they are sent to the receiving organisation by post. Most electronic services of the City are available without logging in, but some require electronic identification, and some may even require a digital signature.
