The Registry Offices of the City of Helsinki will be united

The Registry Offices of the City of Helsinki will merge and be located in the City Hall as of Jan 3, 2011. The new contact data will be valid from the same date on.

The merge will introduce a new uniform registry practice offering services to citizens, elected officials and the media. The objective of the reform is to improve customer service, centralize resources and cut costs.

The new unit will register incoming documents and e-forward them to further processing. Customer service will give information on the phase of pending issues and decisions throughout the whole process.  

The Registry will also manage the bulletin board displaying the City’s public announcements. The board will be placed in the main lobby of the City Hall as of the turn of the year.

8.15 – 16.00 hrs on workdays
Closed on week-ends

N.B. It is possible to submit documents outside the office hours at the City Hall.
Open from 9.00 to 19.00 hrs on workdays and from 10.00 to 16.00 hrs on week-ends.
