The emergency unit can be contacted when you need information and guidance on social services, advice and counselling in a life situation or when you worry about the welfare of children or some other person.
Emergency social services answer at
020 696 006 every day 24 hours.
Youth Unit works with young people showing symptoms of criminal behaviour and intoxicant misuse, their families, groups of young people and various authorities, e.g. child welfare.

Conciliation Unit offers an alternative in clearing up and solving conflicts caused by crimes and disagreements. Conciliation is voluntary, impartial and confidental for all parties.
