Helsinki schoolchildren are being offered a wide-ranging choice of summer recreational activities arranged by various organisations and city departments.

The Youth Department’s Harrastushaku activity search engine shows over 200 summer activities. You can choose whether to browse camps, excursions or courses using the search machine. You also have the option of checking out what is going on on a certain date or during a specific week.

If you want to find courses which offer something also in English, just write “englanti” in the “Vapaa haku” search field and then click “Hae”.
