Since the data security of this e-mail has not been confirmed, we recommend that personal identity numbers, bank account numbers or information related to financial position and delicate matters such as health etc. not be mentioned in your feedback message.
An e-mail message is sent to authorities at the sender’s own risk (Act on Electronic Services and Communication in the Public Sector/ 24.1.2003/13, 8 §). If there is a deadline set to the delivery of a document, the sender shall ensure that the document reaches the proper authority by the deadline (Administrative Procedure Act/6.6.2003/434, 17 §) 

That is why it is not commendable to send as feedback matters like statutory admonitions, complaints, claims for correction to decisions and treatment injury matters.
